SHIPPING & RETURNS
DELIVERY:
Delivery is normally takes 10 working days after receipt of order, up to 14 days in some cases. All purchases are subject to item availability. Although Art Escudellers tries to maintain a complete item stock, for reasons beyond our control this is not always possible.
Art Escudellers will invoice each product purchased. The invoive will be enclosed with the merchandise. Please note that different addresses may be used for invoicing and/or shipping.
Art Escudellers normally uses FEDEX’S shipping services, which handles customs requisites promptly and professionally. Nevertheless we reserve the right to use alternate couries or aircraft, without previous notice, when so required.
DAMAGE TO MERCHANDISE:
If the package, when delivered, shows any sign of mishandling which might have damage the merchandise, the customer must make this observation on the waybill presented by the courier.
Once the package is opened, if the merchandise is damaged, please take a picture and send it immediately to: export@escudellers-art.com
You must also notify the damage to the shipping company within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
This procedure is necessary to prove the damages suffered and continue with the replacement process.

Every article sold by Art Escudellers is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the item, credit your account, or refund your money, whichever you prefer. Please keep in mind that our articles are hand made and hand painted and their return should be justifiable. Any item returned must be shipped at your own expense, by registered mail, explaining the reason for such return.
RETURN POLICY:
Articles purchased from Art Escudellers services are subject to the conditions of laws regulating the right to return merchandise.
Merchandise must be return to the retailer no later than 7 days from the date of receipt.
A customer who wishes to exercise this right must:
.- Send a registered letter with return receipt expressing his intention to exercise this right to the retailer within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
Or
.- Send a fax to the retailer 0034 -93.412.1501 ,within 7 days after receiving the merchandise ,expressing his intention to exercise his right.
In either case he must send a registered letter with return receipt.
All correspondence regarding return merchandise must be signed by the original buyer and addressed to:

SHIPPING EXPENSES FOR THE RETURN OF MERCHANDISE MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN GOOD CONDITTION AND CORRECTLY PACKED.

Thirty (30) days after receiving the letter of intent for return of merchandise as well as the returned articles Art Escudellers will credit the purchase price to the customer´s bank account. The purchase price refers exclusively to the price of the merchandise as indicated on the shipping documents.
SHIPPING AND/OR DELIVERY CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THESE MUST BE PAY FOR THE CUSTOMER.
